Fall Fun

We have had a very fun fall. For Halloween I (Isaiah was on a cruise) took the kids to the lds church for their trunk-or-treat. The kids had a great time and were so excited to get dress up. They had lots of games for the kids to play including throwing plastic cow pies to win candy.

Early in the month, we all went to a corn maze. The kids had lots of fun riding the train, swing on the rope swings, and shooting pumpkins with the sling shot. We even let the boys go through the maze by themselves.

Isaiah helped the kids carve their pumpkins. Everyone liked cleaning the seeds out of the pumpkins except Carter. He hates getting his hands all gross and slimy. Everyone one wanted a happy pumpkin, except Melody. She wanted a "scarry one."

The weather has been so nice this October, but it is starting to turn cold. I just don't know if I am ready for winter to come. I just love fall and would love for it to last longer.

Reagan @ 2 Months

Reagan is growing so fast. At her 6 week appointment she weighted 11 lbs. 6 oz (a gain of 4lbs.) and was 22 3/ 4 inches long (a growth of 3").

She loves to be talked to and played with. She smiles a lot and tries to talk to you. Some of here favorite things is when Isaiah flies her around the room or when he balances her on his hand. She also loves to have her bath, and her two sisters love to help bath her.

Reagan has been such a happy baby. She will sit in her little bouncy chair and be content for quite away. She rides in her car seat without crying. And she has been an awesome sleeper; pretty much sleeping 6 hours straight since she was a few weeks old. I have never had a baby be so easy going. It is amazing and I am really enjoying it. I think one reason she is so content is because I am off of gluten.

All the kids love her. Amita loves to be her little mommy. One day, Reagan was in her bouncy seat and Amita was sitting next to her talking to her. I was getting a few things done around the house while Reagan was happy. Then I sat down and was watching Amita be so cute with Reagan. Finally, Amita turned to me and said, "Do think you can handle her, so I can go play." I laughed and told her, "Yes, I can handle her."

Reagan was so cute for halloween. Jeannie was so nice and got this little cow custom for her. We ended up going to the trunk-or-treat at the lds church. Everyone thought she was the cutest cow ever.

Cub Scouts

I decided to put Benjamin in cub scouts a few months ago. He is absolutely loving it. He gets so excited when it is time to go. He has earned his bobcat badge and is working on his wolf badge. I think he looks so grown up and handsome in his uniform.

Reagan @ 1 month

It is amazing how fast time flies with a baby. I can't hardly believe Reagan is a month old already. She has gotten so big. At 10 days she had already gained a pound and at her three week appointment she weighted 9 lbs. 6 oz.

She loves to laugh and smile for her dad.

She has been a pretty good sleeper. I have only had two bad nights with her. She also hasn't been very colicky. My other babies were very fussy the first three months, so this has been a nice change. I think it might be from me going gluten free. She does spit up a lot though.

She likes to be held a lot but will give me little breaks where is will be happy sitting in her boppy pillow. If she starts fussing Amita and Melody race to take care of her. They love to pat her on the back and give her her plug.

Reagan loves to take baths. I always have a little helper to help give her baths.

All the kids have really taken to Reagan. Even the boys will come and love on her. The girls definitely have little mommy instincts.
