Melody @ 3 Months Old

Melody has really started to show her personality. She loves to talk and coo and blow bubbles at you. She talks more then my other babies did. She is also pretty laid back and will let me put her in her baby chair while I get a few things done. I have started to take her outside on the few warm days we have had and she has done great. Even when it has been a bit breeze it doesn't seem to make her colicky later. She is a really good sleeper. She usually only wakes up once during the night, and she has even gone as long as nine hours a few times. She weighs 12 lb. 2 oz.

Andra Family Reunion

This past weekend, we attended the annual Andra reunion. It was lots of fun. We had a BBQ at the lake Saturday. It rained all morning, but turned into a nice day around the time we were suppose to get together. Angela and Valerie (two of Isaiah's sisters) came out from Utah for it. It was fun to get to see them. On Sunday, we all got together for breakfast. Here is everyone waiting for food to get done at the BBQ. Carter's Birthday

Carter turned 4 on Thursday. We had a party for him. He decided he wanted to have strawberry shortcake, so he helped me make it during the afternoon. Then when Isaiah was done working we invited Jeannie and the kids, Grandma Mary & Will, and a few of the neighborhood girls over. After cake, Carter got to open his presents. He got a V-Smile and everyone had fun playing with it.
Carter told me that now that he is 4 there aren't any little boys in our house anymore, only big boys.

Easter

This year for Easter we decorated eggs Friday night. Jeannie and the kids came over and we had a fun time. Jeannie had bought an egg spinner that the kids loved using to dye the eggs.

We decided to have an egg hunt and BBQ on Saturday because it was suppose to rain on Sunday. My sister Diane and her whole family came and we had a fun time.Here is the boys doing their eggs.

Alyssa & Melody

My niece Amber got to bring her little baby home from the NICU this week. She was born 7 weeks early on March 14. In the picture Alyssa is almost 1 month old and weights 5 lbs. 10 oz. Melody is almost 3 months and weighs about twice as much as Alyssa.

Cousins

This is a picture of Melody with her cousins. I just thought it was really cute. Each of these babies is #4 in their family. Melody is 2 months old, then there is Kaylee at 5 months and last is 1 month old Jesse.
